Kate helped my wife and I find and purchase the home of our dreams, from across the country,. Most importantly, she treated us like like royalty, and made the process incredibly enjoyable. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and we were relocating from San Francisco to Columbus. We talked to Kate and she got to know our interests. Kate managed to show use multiple homes, across our price range, and with out interests in mind. With each home, she talked to us about the neighborhoods, schools, near by convenience stores, and other helpful information to get us acquainted with the home. During the negotiations for the home, Kate was wonderful. She offered her sound advice, and helped us navigate the purchase, while we were still in California, and she was in Ohio. After we bought the house, Kate helped us find contractors, painters, electricians, and all we needed to begin our renovations. In short, Kate went above in beyond in every way. My wife and I feel so lucky to have worked with her throughout this process. We were both incredibly thankful for her market knowledge, ability to understand our wants, needs and concerns.
