About Kate Sanders

Kate spent several years in business-to-business sales before finding her niche as a real estate agent in 2015. Her love for real estate stems from a deep pride in her city, a consistent desire to learn, and a fondness for tackling challenges in an ever-changing market. Kate utilizes her extensive knowledge of the local market to properly advise both Sellers and Buyers in the complex process of a real estate transaction by consistently staying informed about all Central Ohio neighborhoods, real estate trends, and both current and upcoming development projects.

 

A longtime resident of downtown Columbus, Kate takes great pride in serving her local community by regular volunteer work and organizing several fundraising events throughout the year, including spearheading a large holiday fundraiser each December to benefit children both in foster care and those housed in domestic violence shelters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, golf, traveling, and checking out the many restaurants and events that urban living has to offer!
