We originally used Torri to purchase home back in 2015 and sell our home in 2019. As first time buyers in 2014, she made the whole process as smooth as could be. Every question that popped up (contract language, purchase process, etc), she would always answer promptly and break down an answer in a way that let us understand it better. Torri knows the Columbus area. When we decided to sell our home in 2019, we had a sale price in mind that was lower than what Torri thought we could get. Not only did we get what she thought we could make on the house, we ended up selling over asking! Typically, when someone thinks of a realtor they view it as someone they will be only in touch with to buy/sell a home. With Torri, she's been a great resource when it comes to home contractor recommendations. I've called her up out of the blue a few times for recommendations and she's always steered me to the right person. If anyone is ever looking to buy/sell in Columbus, I always give them her info.
