Sarah was very good at picking up on items that may cause concern on the inspections. She was very helpful during the mortgage process and with getting extension filed while we waited on additional inspection that the mortgage company requested. This was a 2nd (Weekend) home by the lake for us,  and it was very old so there were a few issues that had to be addressed She was always willing to take a call or text through out the process (even on her vacation) to help keep me calm.
